Overview
Carroll County Energy is a highly efficient natural gas-fired combined-cycle generating facility located in eastern Ohio within PJM. Commencing commercial operation in late 2017, the facility features two GE 7F.05 gas turbines and an A602 steam turbine which has the capacity to generate electricity for approximately 750,000 homes.
